Our Team
Under the oversight of a 9-member-strong Management Committee, our team of 10 office administrative staff and 27 residential boarding staff (Boarding Mentors) provide the necessary supervision and support to ensure the welfare and personal needs of our boarders are attended to.
With a staff to boarder ratio of 1: 12, our boarding mentors ensure all boarders are safe and accounted for every day, in addition to attending to pastoral, administrative, housekeeping and disciplinary matters.

We’re delighted to welcome Mr Renfred Loh as our newly appointed Deputy Head of Boarding at ACS Oldham Hall! He joined us in December 2024.
Mr Renfred brings with him a deep heart for young people, shaped by years of experience working with youth. He believes this is a critical age where we can make a difference.
His passion, empathy, and dedication to nurturing young lives align closely with our mission at Oldham Hall.
We look forward to the meaningful impact he willbring to our boarding family.
At ACS Oldham Hall, our residents are cared for by a team from diverse professional backgrounds — including social services, education, business, technology, healthcare, and the creative industries.
Together, we bring different experiences, perspectives, and strengths to support and care for every child holistically.
We are also a member of the Australian Boarding Schools Association. All of our staff are Duty of Care trained and provided professional development opportunities to develop clear understandings of the standards required to manage a premier boarding house.
ACS Oldham Hall is run based on the our core values (i.e. Integrity, Responsibility, Respect, Humility and Self-Discipline). These are the same values that we impart to our boarders as they live together in a community.
