Celebration of Culture

The hall comes alive with colour, flavour, and energy at our annual Celebration of Cultures! Boarders proudly showcase their heritage through traditional costumes, music, dance, and delicious food. It’s a vibrant night where we learn, laugh, and appreciate the rich diversity in our community — a beautiful reminder that though we come from different places, we’re one big family under one roof.

Thanksgiving Dinner is a special night every September where the ACS Oldham Hall family gathers to reflect on God’s goodness through the year. Over a warm meal, we celebrate answered prayers, lasting friendships, and meaningful moments. It’s a heartfelt evening filled with gratitude, laughter, and testimonies — a reminder that we’ve been truly blessed.

Our recent floor parties were simple but special — good food, easy games, and time set aside just to talk, laugh, and get to know one another a little better. For many boarders, it was the first time putting names to faces and discovering that the people living just down the corridor might become close friends. We also shared a few important updates about what’s coming up, so everyone feels prepared and settled for the weeks ahead. These small, intentional moments help turn a building into a home, and a group of students into a family.
